Kilmorack House and Cottage are available to let, either singly or jointly, and offer luxurious yet comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, within easy reach of Glen Affric, Loch Ness, Inverness and the beautiful west coast of the North of Scotland. The house has a large family kitchen, working fireplaces with wood burning stoves in two of the three reception rooms, formal dining room and drawing room, and a comfortable TV/family room. Kilmorack House, a former Manse is newly renovated and fully equipped with luxury bathrooms and comfortable beds to accommodate up to 10 guests in traditional surroundings with all modern facilities. Being situated in an area of outstanding beauty we are ideally located to provide a base for outdoor activities and for touring the Highlands. |

| Kilmorack Cottage, is a detached contemporary conversion of the former steading, situated to the rear of Kilmorack House, accommodating 4 guests with separate entrance and available for rent separately or in conjunction with Kilmorack House. The cottage is open plan with an AGA, wood-burning stove and underfloor heating. |  |

Both properties are fully furnished, well-equipped and have wi-fi. The properties are 20 minutes drive from Inverness, 5 minutes drive from Beauly with its wide range of local shops, cafes and pubs and on the road to Glen Affric, 15 miles away. There are plenty opportunities for walking, fishing and mountain biking, golf courses aplenty and all in an area ideal for wildlife enthusiasts. |
